The next chapter [92nd Night], Yuki is speechless that Zero remembers her, she asks him hesitantly if he remembers everything. Zero replies that he remembers something important is missing and that he now knows for certain it's related to her. As Isaya leaves to help the hunters for the impeding battle with the Purebloods and their servants she tries to run after Isaya to help during the battle and avoid Zero from regaining his memories. However, her efforts prove futile as Zero latches on to her and says he is taking back what is rightfully his [memories]. Yuki tries to reuse the bracelet on him but he manages to hold off her hand and continues the process of regaining his memories by biting her and drinking her blood. Yuki, in her distraught, passes out and Zero holds the unconscious Yuki against him and says he was afraid to face his true feelings and he will no longer hide behind excuses [he doesn't realize Yuki hears these words before falling unconscious]. Aido reappears on the scene, and Zero hands Yuki to him saying he is going after Kaname to stop him. Zero rushes back to Cross Academy's main grounds and yells out for Kaname, saying he now understands that Kaname believes he doesn't have the right to be with her and that he should think about her feelings and not make her cry. Kaname appears before the Hunter and stands there catatonically as the hunters and Purebloods begin to battle with the Night Class helping the hunters. While dueling, the Bloody Rose begins to crack which springs Kaname into taking action. While the battle is commencing, Yuki wakes up as Aido is attempting to take her off the scene. She grabs a hold of his neck and begins to forcefully take his blood. Aido crumbles and Yuki runs off to change into the day class uniform and grab Artemis. In a comic moment, Aido has just finished gulping down blood tablets when Yuki reappears to drag him off to the battle grounds. When they get there, Yuki sees Zero warding off vampires, though continues looking for Kaname. The chapter ends with Kaname pulling out his heart.
Plot-wise, this isn't a bad first episode, although there are a few places that may be momentarily confusing. Fortunately, those don't matter much, and you will find yourself much more preoccupied with questions about the characters. The first minute, for example, shows Edgar shooting (and presumably killing) someone in cold blood, so despite his charming, accommodating attitude toward Lydia, you are just waiting with bated breath for that pleasant façade to crack. The largest disappointment of the show has to do with the aforementioned façade, however; novel illustrator Asako Takaboshi, long beloved for her many parody doujinshi and occasional boy's love yomikiri, does not draw in a style well-suited to anime adaptation. The lines are too wispy and uncertain, and eyes that look pretty as jewels on paper look uncomfortably beady on the screen. Even so, shoujo anime have been in short supply this season, and this show should fulfill any craving of that sort sufficiently well.
rosario vampire anime crack ships
Plot-wise, there is nothing here anyone has not seen a thousand times before, and it seems likely, especially given that the anime is based upon a shounen manga, that story will basically devolve into a Shikabane Beastie of the Week parade. After episode one, we are already down one pimp-turned-vampire. The show is much more interesting purely from a visual standpoint, with an atmospheric, slightly nostalgic setting and a coherent stylistic worldview. Of course, this would be the minimum most would expect from Gainax. All in all, this is not the most impressive action-horror anime series ever to have been thrown onto the airwaves, but it could have been much worse.
The first person Tsukune meets when he sets foot in Yokai Academy. Exceptionally sweet and kind, Moka is a vampire, and takes a liking to Tsukune after ingesting his blood, becoming addicted in doing so. When the rosario around her neck is removed, the seal keeping her true nature is released. Cold and arrogant, "Inner" Moka is a completely different entity from the kind and loving "Outer" Moka, going so far as to specifically remind Tsukune to "be kind to the other Moka". Tsukune is the only one able to remove the rosario around Moka's neck.
The younger half-sister of Moka Akashiya. Like her sister, Kokoa is also a vampire, but her powers are not sealed and does not carry the same level of supernatural strength that Moka possesses. To compensate for it, she has a pet bat named Kou that can transform into a variety of weapons and wields it with enough strength to make herself formidable. Kokoa despises Moka for sealing away her inner personality, whom she adores and loves. Before Moka left to study at the academy and prior to her receiving the rosario, the sisters often clashed with one another, although Kokoa could never defeat Moka in a duel.
